Very Out Of Date Marina Rendering
The 20-slip private marina on the Mississippi River is another of Island Station’s “almost-too-good-to-be-true” features. Built to accommodate all standard craft, the marina offers a full array of amenities:

  • 24 hour private security
  • Fixed “side-to” docks
  • Waste and Electric hookups (110, 220, 380)
  • Trash service
  • Secure road vehicle parking
  • Private natural sand beach
  • Non-motorized boat launch

The marina is certain to be one of Island Station’s most sought after amenities. Slip reservations for confirmed residents only are now being made.

 

 

 

HISTORICAL FACT

Steel Beam With Single Nut Most of the steel beams that Island Station was built with came from Inland Steel Company of Chicago Illinois. To get some idea of the scale of this build, the nuts in the upper left of this image are 6 inches in diameter.
